Launch your own business. This is a significant step up from changing jobs. There is a great deal of risk going into business for yourself, but the rewards may very well be a huge amount of money earned.

Properties can be picked up really cheap which means that a huge profit can be made when the market picks up. It is possible to buy run down houses and fix them up.
