The Lost World: Jurassic Park: John Hammond has learned to bring dinosaurs back to life from their DNA. After an attempt at marketing viewing these dinosaurs goes terribly wrong, all the animals are killed and the island closed. The problem is that something has survived.

Reel Paradise: Famed film exhibitor John Pierson and spouse-companion Janet invest a year on Fiji’s remote Taveuni showing free films to the locals, from classics to The Jerk: The idea is to see how these people react to seeing this totally different world that we live in.(111 minutes, 2005)

The Last Shot: Amusing charade, empowered by a real tale, telling the story of an FBI man (Baldwin) who makes believe to produce a film so he can trap a mobster with ties to the Teamsters union. Baldwin starts to like his “role” as a movie producer, as he turns his idea into reality. Cast includes Matthew Broderick, Alec Baldwin, Toni Collette, Tony Shalhoub, Calista Flockhart, Tim Blake Nelson, Buck Henry, Ray Liotta, James Rebhorn, Jon Polito, and Pat Morita. Two Marines are being held responsible for the death of a fellow marine. They claim they were ordered to punish private Santiago, and his death was not intended. Lt. Daniel Kaffee will try to save the marines and get to the bottom of the case.

Patriot Games: Retired CIA analyst Jack Ryan is vacationing in England when, by complete chance, he finds himself saving a significant member of the Royal Family from an assassination attempt. In the process Jack kills one of the key terrorists younger brothers. Now this faction of the IRA is out to get Jack and his family. Jack Ryan is now out of retirement.

Payback: Porter and Val, two thieves pull of a nice job. Val double-crosses Porter by taking his money, and his girl. Then he then shoots him, and leaves him for dead. Porter isn’t dead, and now it’s time for payback.

Hard Target: Natasha is looking for her lost father. After a man saves her from some street thugs, she hires him to help her in her search for her father. Her father’s body is eventually found, burned to death in a fire. A close examination of the crime reveals that the homeless war veteran was shot, his dog tags pierced by the bullet. It is soon discovered that there is something very sick going on in New Orleans. Rich bored men are paying big money to hunt human prey.

We saw an explosion in the music business online a few years ago. We are now seeing the same type of growth in the online movie business. If you love watching movies, it is well worth looking into.
