My Honest Review Of The Traffic Launch Pad Tool
Saturday, November 19th, 2011The Traffic Launch Pad Software is a free back link software from the guys behind TrafficKaboom and claims to form one hundred and seventy five back links to your internet site. The question is, does it work?
I originally downloaded the tool last Thursday, and I had a problem with my license not working but was exceedingly impressed with how fast support responded and fixed my problem. Not a perfect way to begin with this tool but it’s free and support responded quick so that impressed me.
I submitted my first site and out of 138 sites, two failed and one timed out, but It ran smooth and seemed to work. I looked in my statistics and saw some spiders from different sites that I did not recognise but nothing really out of the ordinary. I did not have a particular agenda behind this first run as I just wanted to work out if this program basically worked.
In the training guide, which had an engaging method using some other free resources, I noticed Mike Johnson of Auto Blog Plan had a testimonial that appeared positive about getting increased rankings. I myself have never heard a bad thing from him, and he seemed a pretty truthful guy, so I decided I might as well try the tool again but this time with a particular keyword on two sites. So I picked two sites, one that was new and one that was old and ran the tool for those sites. The new site was nowhere to be found in Google yet, as I have not started advertising it yet and the older one is two years of age. Due to getting easily side tracked, it took till the weekend to do this, which was good because by that time they’d added more sites for a grand total of 175. On a side note, I did see an email from them about issues with folk updating. I did not have any issues but allegedly others did. I cannot comment on that and if someone else can that might be good. I’d be interested in knowing how well support was for that.
I originally did this on Saturday and utterly forgot about it yesterday but checked this A.M. , and it did really work. Now, this is using statspress and I realize that’s not the worlds greatest figures checker, but both sites saw definite increases in spider activity, rss activity and overall traffic. My new site was now indexed in Google and was ranking position 588 (Google.com) for my primary keyword that I used. Not earth shattering but hey, I’ll take it and remember that was with no other promotion. My established site saw a little bit of a bump in traffic but sadly no increase in rankings (currently position 8).
My conclusion is, it is certainly a solid free tool, and I am going to continue to use it on new sites, but also I suspect it’d be ideal for promoting my public profile at ezinearticles and youtube and any other site which has profiles and a rss feed.
One thing to note, this particular tool is part of the prelaunch of a new offering from the Jasons, and so I am not sure if they are going to be only giving it away for free till the launch or not. Be interested in knowing that. Take a look at it for yourself at http://traffickaboom.com
