You may be interested to buy those traffic blasting software in the market but please don’t ever believe in buying a list. The fact that this kind of head count doesn’t come to you directly and willingly will prove you still can’t sell or please everybody in the list. Worse, you never know whether the people in the list have given consent to their addresses getting sold around, which is normally NOT the case.
The loyalty of your subscribers must be earned when it is a legal obligation to make it very easy for them to opt-out!
Buying expired or unavailable domains is a smart move. It’s like people going to a shop when it has already closed down and they suddenly teleport (redirect page) to your shop. Once you bought it, make sure the web host company doesn’t own it (YOU own it) and you can always transfer the domain to a cheaper host. Do a search for ‘purchase expired domains’ and you get good leads. I suggest WebExpired.com.
Buy domains with the right keywords related to your business. People going to an invalid hair gel site are not going to buy an e-book on viral marketing.
And of course, those cyber-squatters who make a living out of buying and selling domain names (read: GOOD keywords) are playing a different ball game altogether.

Printed pens are a commonly used advertising specialty item. The imprint can be as simple as a name, or several lines of text.
The pens can be extremely cost effective in large quantities, and very affordable in smaller quantities. It is one of the most basic advertising items a start up company may want to order, along with their business cards and stationery.
Most people, pick up free pens whether they need them or not. If the pen is lost, someone else will find it, therefore your message will continue to be spread.
Pens are available in an array of shapes, sizes, and colors. They can be click point, straight, or designer. There are pens that are made into a keychain or laser pointer - the choices are endless.
Pens and pencils have been used for advertising purposes for over a century in the US, and are one of the first things that come to mind when putting together a promotional campaign because of their low cost.

In the years I’ve invested myself in dedication to the business of Internet Marketing, I’ve observed that though technologies and different fields of expertise appear and recede overtime like any other ever-changing business outlook, only timeless, universal principles remain.
The first and foremost characteristic of Internet Marketing is automation. Alex Mandossian once said that “Internet Marketing is meant to train us as lazy workers but high thinkers.” We are constantly thinking of better ways to attain 100% automation, which is near impossible, for thinking itself is already hard work.
Despite this, Internet Marketing may not be simple, but it is definitely very systematic in nature, such that it is really an easy business to do due to the availability of metrics software for performance measurement. By knowing and understanding results-by-the-numbers, Internet marketers can tweak and re-launch sales and marketing campaigns for better returns. This is not something that brick-and-mortar businesses are capable of and ready to embrace as part of their daily business handling activities.
Coming back to principles, here are 10 things you can always bear in mind as you go about doing your business online. Even if you are attempting one niche after another (and that’s what some self-employed do these days), following a certain entrepreneurial pattern based on principles can help you get into the thick of action easily and systematically.
1) Provide lots of quality content on your website. The litmus test is: Would you freely publish something that you would otherwise sell?
2) Be tight, comprehensive and cohesive about your site theme. For example, your site may be about dogs rather than dog collars, which is a smaller, more focused niche. Nonetheless, you can design and implement a clear structure with different sections covering dog training, dog hygiene, dog naming, dog psychology, doggy habits, etc. You can aim for a portal or library of information and it can still not be confusing.
3) Setup a blog. You heard this many time: “Search engines love blogs.” Well, go and create one, link it up to your main site, publish snippets of information and send out RSS feeds. Search engines will find you fast!
4) Create a plan of using traffic exchanges, safelists, FFA lists etc. to draw traffic to your site. I, like many people, did not believe that you can funnel targeted traffic from these places, until I came across a few experts in this area.
5) Build a lead capture page offering a powerful freebie, an e-course or a reason visitors can’t refuse…on condition they must subscribe to you.
6) Create free materials like viral e-books to give away. Write articles and e-courses and submit everywhere you can. Reuse your articles to suit every possible form of online and offline media. Just keep your eyes open. What goes around always comes around. You are bound to be famous on the Internet in 6 months if not a year. Or start an article/free e-book directory service yourself! You can attract more writers and material seekers with the most minimal of effort.
7) Get your visitors and subscribers involved with YOU. Give them a role, a stake or control over the content of your site, forum, chat room, online survey or newsletter etc. You can sustain their interest and effectively build up not only traffic volume but also the quality of customer relationships overtime. The noblest yet most challenging thing to do is finding ways to build up their own monetary value. That’s what Jay Abraham, Bob Proctor and many other experts do.
Create an affiliate program for your products and services to encourage affiliates bring new referrals to you! It’s a great way to get targeted newcomers to your site.
9) Create postcards with your e-zine information and business cards to hand out at events. Also print out articles and hand them around at events (which must be appropriate in context). Your signature at the articles’ end leads them to your site. Show them you are the expert here!
10) One great way to multiply subscriber addresses in your list is invite fellow online marketers to swap e-zine ads with you. Many marketers know the benefit of this, and it’s free and easy to implement. All it takes is mutual agreement on how often and how many times to publish each other’s ads!
Yes, there is a lot of work involved, these 10 points are only general and the devil is in the details. But you see, even though I’m no SEO or link exchange techie, I am carrying out all 10 points in my daily work and with continuous measurement of my results my income has nowhere else to go but up as I optimize the monetary value of my effort. Ultimately I am doing what these 10 points say because they can sustain online longevity.
When you seriously put them into practice, turning your actions into regular habits is only a matter of time. In one year, your situation will be much better than where you are today, and all you need to do is create a system of productive action based on these 10 points. This is my encouragement to you.

Ability will never catch up with the demand for it. - Malcolm Forbes
Every person on the planet has unique abilities. If you employed your own abilities and you knew you could not fail, what would you do? Lets imagine you are the #1 People Person in the universe. People like you. They come to you for advice. They want to be your friend. You negotiate issues with uncanny success. You might become an arbitrator. You might even become a legal beagle. You could change the world with one of your great ideas. But you didnt. Not yet, anyway.
Lets suppose you are the Worlds Foremost Mother. You have this fabulous idea, based on the success you have enjoyed by raising a brood of happy, well adjusted children. But you hang back, afraid to spend your energy on your idea because someone in your childs play group criticized your hairstyle. You dont want everybody to see your hair as you present your project.
We could even imagine you would launch a great new product on the world scene. This would be a fabulous, affordable product borne of your own imagination and need. It could revolutionize all of mankinds way of life. But you lack capital to make things happen. You are afraid of debt and youre not sure of your idea; you fear looking foolish if your idea doesnt net the profit you envision. Do any of these scenarios feel familiar to you?
What holds people back from achieving success? What IS it that holds us back from making our dreams come true? Fear? Procrastination? Laziness? We know it isnt lack of ability;
Could it be that our self confidence is at question? Is it possible we think we are not worthy of success?
It is a proven fact that human beings avoid pain and seek pleasure. We all are wary of failure. If we are truthful with ourselves, we will admit that failure is only an opportunity to discover new ways of reaching our goals.
Is there a solution to this problem? If you are someone who yearns for success and has felt denied you might consider taking time to list all the things which hold you back. Your list may look something like this:
- I did not remain focused on my tasks to reach the ultimate goal.
- I did not ask for help.
- I denied needing help when it was offered
- I do not believe I should succeed
- I spent too much time TALKING; too little time DOING
- I was not prepared when I contacted people who could advance my plans
- I neglected networking opportunities that would have advanced my cause.
Now, list all the reasons why you DESERVE to enjoy success. Your list might include the following:
- My product/project is needed by the masses
- I can and will access assistance from many sources.
- I will follow through, despite minutiae and setbacks.
- My family deserves for me to follow through to conclusion
- I deserve to enjoy the fruits of my labor by becoming successful!
- I deserve to feel success in all its sweetness!
- I can do this and I will!
- I am responsible for my own success!
Final Question: Now that we have established your supreme ability to succeed and we promise your success will appear in the final analysis WHAT WILL YOU DO?

With the amazing advancements in technology, businesses are now taking advantage of digital methods of advertising. This has lead to an increase in digital out-of-home (OOH) advertising. A 2007- 2008 Digital Out-of-Home Media Awareness and Attitude Study revealed that 63% of people surveyed reported that place-based digital advertising catches their attention more than any other media, including advertising on television, the web and other forms of tradition media such as newspapers, magazines, and radio.
Digital OOH advertising can benefit a retailer in the following ways:
- OTX (Online Testing exchange) conducted a national survey with consumers where people reported that this media was one of the most unique and entertaining ways to capture their attention. Capturing consumers attention is essential for increasing sales.
- Digital OOH advertising offers advertisers flexibility and target-ability in order to reach consumers.
- Businesses can target consumers outside of their homes.
- Advertisers can deliver appropriate messages based on where the advertising screen is located. They have the ability to advertise in places where people travel throughout the day. This can include supermarkets, clothing stores, malls, coffee shops, fitness centersetc.
- There is no better place for a consumer to receive a message than when they are in a store. POPAI research has shown that as many as 70% of buying decisions are made in a store Digital OOH is effective when targeting consumers who are just browsing in a store.
- Average recall rates for digital and video out-of-home advertising networks has been reported as about 40 percent. Traditional media recall rates are lower: television (32%), radio (27%) and magazines (21%) * Source: Advertising Made Easy and Effective, By Lyle Bunn March 2009,USA Today
- There are improved and reliable audience metrics and accountability
- In large department stores or shopping malls, digital out of home helps retailers to create highly targeted messages to consumers based on screen locations within the departments. They also have the ability to place screens in high traffic locations, in specific demographic profiled areas, and near the area where the actual product is being sold. They can also place screens in store front windows and run the ads 24/7.
- Advertisers can target almost any demographic or socio-demographic group.
- When done correctly, consumers will be provided with useful information and content that fits their lifestyle and needs.
Because of the consumer is outside, they are closer to where the products are located. This can result in a quicker decision to make a purchase. No other media offers the ability to target consumers when they are so close to the point of sale.
- Advertisers can continue a relationship with consumers by regularly updating their ads. Because this method of advertising is relatively new, it is very cost effective.
- By targeting a specific audience, businesses will reach only the consumers who are likely to buy their product. A well thought out, creative, and well-planned campaign will eliminate advertising waste and save businesses a lot of money.
- Consumers approve of digital OOH advertising. Research conducted by Edison Media Research showed that reaching mobile consumers in multiple places during their weekly routines resulted in 59% of respondents who saw the ad reporting that they were interested in learning more about the service.
In order to maintain a successful business, advertisers have to keep up with changing technology and lifestyles. Digital OOH has been steadily convincing businesses to recognize the benefits of this form of advertising. Marketers are now seeing a boost in product sales, more engaged customers, and an increase in advertising campaigns. Digital out-of-home advertising is the future of efficient, creative, and cost-effective marketing campaigns.

There are very few websites online that have achieved true genuine success. Myspace is just one such website wich has risen to the top of the elite.
Myspace love graphics, and you can use tons of free images to help you hook up with friends old and new!
Here are some of my most favored reasons why I love myspace and how to get the most out of myspace to create a huge impact on your life. Myspace has indeed been responsible for many new partnerships and marriages, so let’s read about the good things it has to offer.
1. Friendships - myspace has one of the largest audiences in the world. People will all sorts of interests and backgrounds can suddenly hook up and realise they are not alone.
2. Meet old friends again. Many people lose touch with friends from years ago, at school, in previous jobs, in other countries etc. Myspace brings it all together in one easy place.
3. Myspace is a responsible and charitable organisation. Who else allows charity groups to get their message out en-masse to the millions of myspace users?
4. Myspace is very convenient - as millions of people use it, you can get a message out to all your friends in a matter of minutes, not days - and all of them will get their message.
5. Myspace will let you pass comments and messages on to your friends in the form of graphical images, text messages etc. Why not tell someone you love them with some special free myspace love graphics? Or simply wish someone a Happy Birthday. It’s really a great place to be.
6. Myspace has one of the largest collection of comment graphics made by external companies to help you get your message across to a friend. Imagine sending myspace love graphics, or a picture of a cute bear to a friend, or a good luck message which glitters right before theire eyes.
myspace comes heavily recommended. It’s a great place to keep in touch with all your old school friends, past work colleagues and family all over the world.
There are other social networking sites out there as well, some are better, but myspace is a long timer whose systems are robust and has got a very strong and loyal following who just can’t get enough of myspace. Why not come back to myspace and send some wacky comments to your old friends.

Promotional Pen Knives are a great gift for clients and prospective clients at trade shows and other events. Although these items are appreciated there are a variety of other knives that will make a great impression as well. The pen knives generally has two to three blades that are small and sharp. The most popular style of promotional pen knives are the Swiss Army Card and other multi function tools.
The difference between promotional pen knives and multi function tools are this. The multi function knives are handles with hinged tools that fold into compartments. Some of these have over a dozen tools. The most common tools found on these promotional pen knives include:
Tweezers
Drop point blade
Bottle opener
Screw driver
Phillips head screwdriver
Key ring
Nail file
Scissors
Tweezers
Key ring
Toothpick
LED light
Swiss Army cards are multi-function promotional pen knives, a new take on an old classic. With so few people carrying pen knives, Victorininox created an alternative to the standard style of folding pocket knife. Each card is about the size of a standard credit card, and holds a variety of tools similar to those you’ll find on pen knives and pocket knives.
Promotional pen knives appeal to people of all classes. They cost only a fraction more then a decent printed pen yet there value is interpreted as much higher. Pen Knives have more purposes then a pen and many times you will find your pen knives on the person and not in a draw. Pen knives also make great loyalty gifts or handout at tradeshows.
When choosing your pen knives you have a variety of colors, styles, tools and shapes to choose from. Take time to look at the complete selection of promotional pen knives, that are in your budget, and choose the one that best suits your company.
The best place to find promotional pen knives for your advertising campaigns is online, at one of the top-rated promotional products suppliers in the UK. IdeasByNet.com will give you a better feel for the wide variety of color and style choices, as well as the excellent quality of promotional pen knives that’s available for your promotions and campaigns.

You can indulge in a promotional marketing endeavor for a wide variety of reasons…introducing new products, offering new services, thanking your customers for their support, and even to the extent of motivating your own employees for their dedication. You can even use promotional items to reinforce a direct mailer campaign, building customer loyalty, enhancing brand awareness at a trade show, etc. Trade shows and seminars are the best locations for distributing promotional items as a tool for highlighting your company amidst the wide range of competitors. Audiences in a trade show are always fascinated after free gifts and a well planned and well designed promotional item can well serve your purpose.
It can get complicated choosing the perfect promotional item for your company with so many to choose from. You should think about what your business is, who your customers are, where they live, what is their style and what service are you promoting. this will help with choosing your promotional item and make things less complex. The most important thing to remember is to choose usefulness over anything else. Any item that is nice but not useful will not have the same results as an item that has usability.
Why not go with the promotional pens. These items are attractive and affordable. Promotional pens come in a variety of styles and make it easy to find one that fits your business and clients alike.
If you are planning to make your promotional marketing endeavor more innovative, you may consider delivering promotional mouse mats. Not as common as promotional pens, mouse mats too can serve as an excellent tool for brand awareness. In fact, promotional mouse mats have a number of advantages over pens. First, mouse mats are bigger enough to display your marketing message in a much more visible way than a pen. Secondly, mouse mats are more target oriented than pens. You can distribute promotional pens to everyone but not mouse mats. Your customers will even prefer to have a mouse mat to promotional pens, which they already have in plenty.
Another great option is the promotional mug. If designed properly the mug will be used for coffee/tea, a pen stand or something else. Your message can be displayed clearly, and if done in a tasteful manner can be very successful.
Common sense must be had when choosing your item. Don’t hand out promotional mouse mats to someone who does not work on computers or promotional pens to someone who fixes appliances. Promotional items are to show your customers you care, and to successful do this you need to make sure you give them what they need.

by Mad I.M Marketer
I’ve seen many newbies fail and there are always the same mistakes they make. Despite these mistakes, every single time a person will make them perhaps even knowing them. So why the newbies are so stubborn and don’t learn from other people’s mistakes?
Perhaps it’s all due to human nature to try things and experience things by themselves. When you suspect something to be wrong but you never tried it, and your desire is big, you will most likely try it. Online business is very apt for this because it’s so easy to do things, right and wrong.
The first common mistake is jumping from one thing to another. There are many opportunities online and it’s easy to buy yet another program and learn new things. It’s also very exciting. Unfortunately, after reading a course or watching videos of a new program, newbies come across another new shiny program to play with. And the story goes on.
If we were to concentrate on one thing and actually applied the program we just took, we would achieve results. We would not dump it and for get about it. We would practice what we’ve learned and we would see the results we want. Indeed, practice makes perfect.
The other mistake is quitting too soon. When a person starts online business, they want to make money as fast as possible and quickly get discouraged if they don’t. As much as it’s hard to believe, almost always they quit when they’re about to get a momentum.
The momentum is very important. When you’re just in the very beginning, everything seems hard. But once you get the momentum, you get the hang of it and it goes effortlessly.
These look like simple to avoid. Unfortunately, most of the time they become the obstacles too hard to overcome. And to many, that means giving up without even giving it a good try.

Is it possible to get infinite hits to your site, starting from scratch? First Of All this is not any trick as it is absolutely possible to do this. Next, never under value this visitor turnover as these people are extremely motivated who hold the biggest potential to become your future clients. The way I look at it is that these targeted visitors should be taken to some place.
Ideally this should be your web site and in case you do not yet own one, it is time to get one put up. With that being said, here are your 2 secret tricks to help you achieve this.
Search for keywords, which you can rule over
If the idea of spending a few hours a day on research does not excite you too much, you should listen to this. One of the things, which you simply cannot avoid, is research for keywords and this should be your number one priority. Obviously the alternative tip could be scanning the forums. Truthfully, for anyone from a novice level to intermediate (if you have less than 2,500 unique traffic hits to your internet site per month) you should go in this direction. Spending even 5 hours a week doing good thorough keyword research on long tail keywords that you can dominate is a healthy investment of your time.
You might want to beg to differ that you can employ someone to do this for you but you know your markets best. All you need to do is to put yourself in the shoes of your customer and think what phrases he or she would type to locate solutions on the internet for his/her typical problem and you could easily land up with 100 keywords in no time.
Massive Action In Your Traffic Strategy (Writing).
I read in a book once that says authority simple means a breakdown of “authority”, which means you have to be some kind of writer online if you want to be successful in generating traffic. It is a fact that authors also make great speakers and some speakers are very highly paid, sometimes 1,000 an hour simply to speak on some subject.
In case you are in a dilemma whether it would be possible for you to write a small paragraph of content, read this. You can do it because you are already writing everyday just that you write it verbally. You are communicating verbally all the time, to your friends; fellow workers loved ones and even to your pet.
Secrets of becoming a writer
Start writing just the way you talk and soon you would find that you are actually writing traffic generating copy matter like press releases, articles and content for your site for SEO purposes. Before you know it you could have over 4500 exclusive traffic hits to your site.

The case of MailPost is a clear example of an innovative business model, whereby its Unique Selling Proposition (USP) was actually a franchisee investing and having a stake in the MailPost business, thus offering a higher level of guaranteed service than what was available through an employee or contractor model that was the norm. This USP during a GFC also became the "Achilles Heel" as recruitment of franchisees practically came to a standstill. MailPost relied on a recruitment schedule to establish the mailpost letterbox distribution service on a National basis. Whilst the CEO had a track record of positive growth and profits prior to the GFC and maintained a positive attitude towards a solution to get through the crisis, this leader was not supported but was rather asked to step aside.
Mailpost
There is no doubt that the recent Global Financial Crisis had a huge impact on many CEO's around the world whether their business was established or in a start up phase. Stress levels reached new heights for leaders as the economic pressure were felt.
Successful Leaders anticipate change, vigorously exploit opportunities, motivate their followers to higher levels of productivity, correct poor performance, and lead the organisation toward its objectives.
A review of the leadership literature, in fact, led two academics to conclude that the research shows consistent effect for leadership, explaining 20 to 45% of the variance on relevant organisational outcomes.
Training and the effectiveness of leadership programs vary. They will because the programs themselves are so diverse. Moreover, people learn in different ways. Because some leadership programs are better than others and because some people participate in programs that are poorly matched to their needs and learning style, we should expect leadership-training effectiveness to have a spotty record. So decision makers need to be careful in choosing leadership training experiences for their managers. But they shouldn't conclude that all leadership training is a waste of money.
In conclusion we say that leadership training is a more positive feature provided it is imparted to managers who have come up in the organisation to a certain level by their natural ability and the leadership training will definitely hone their skills to achieve much better performance and capable of taking higher responsibilities.

WHO WANTS TO BE A LEADER?
LEADERSHIP TRAINING - IS IT NECESSARY?
Organisations spend billions of dollars on leadership training every year. They send managers and manager-wannabes to a wide range of leadership training activities, formal MBA programs, leadership seminars, weekend retreats, and even outward bound adventures. They even appoint mentors but much of this effort to train leaders is probably a waste of money. Let's base our thoughts on looking at two fundamental assumptions that underlie leadership training.
Mailpost
The first assumption is that we think we know what leadership is?
Experts cannot agree if leadership is a genetic trait, a characteristic, a behavior, a role, a style, an ability or a learned attribute. Further, they cannot even agree on whether leaders really make a difference in organisational outcomes. For instance, some experts have persuasively argued that leadership is merely an attribution made to explain organisational successes and failures, which themselves occur by chance. Leaders are the people who get credit for successes and take the blame for failures, but they may actually have influence over organisational outcomes.

The second basic assumption is that we can train people to lead. The evidence here is not very encouraging. We do seem to be able to teach individuals about leadership. Unfortunately findings indicate we are not so good at teaching to lead.
Mailpost
There are several possible explanations. To the degree that personality is a critical element in leadership effectiveness; some people may not have been born with the right personality traits. A second explanation is that there is no evidence that individuals can substantially alter their basic leadership style. A third possibility is that even if certain theories could actually guide individuals in leadership situations and even if individuals could alter their style, the complexity of those make it nearly impossible for any normal human being to assimilate all the variables and be capable of enacting the right behaviors in every situation.

Leadership training exists, and is a multibillion-dollar industry, because it works to some degree. Most Leaders would agree that although some knowledge is gained during atraining session, for the most part it is the confidence to lead that is greatly enhanced. Leaders are decision makers which are rational and emotional beings.

Would a company like General Electric spend literally tens-of-millions of dollars each year on leadership training if it did not expect a handsome return? I don't think so! And the ability to lead successfully is why companies pay CEO's millions and in some case over $100 million to ensure the success of the enterprise. Under their leadership, many companies have experienced spectacular growth including shareholder gains.

While there are certainly disagreements over the exact definition of leadership, most academics and business people agree that leadership is an influential process whereby an individual, by his or her actions, facilitates the movement of a group of people toward the achievement of a common goal. Ensuring that the group have a culture of working together in a Team spirit and respecting their leader is of prime importance.

Do Leaders affect organisational outcomes in all situations?
For instance, the Global Financial Crisis (GFC) resulted in the collapse of large financial institutions, the bailout of banks by national governments and downturns in stock markets around the world. In many areas, the housing market has also suffered, resulting in numerous evictions, foreclosures and prolonged vacancies. It is considered by many economists to be the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression of the 1930s.
Mailpost It contributed to the failure of key businesses, declines in consumer wealth, substantial financial commitments incurred by governments, and a significant decline in economic activity. Many causes have been proposed, with varying weight assigned by experts. Both market-based and regulatory solutions have been implemented or are under consideration, while significant risks remain for the world economy over the 2010-2011 periods.

National business's like MailPost (franchised delivery Network) and many others in a start up phase launched their services during the GFC. In this case a high growth cycle practically came to a standstill. Mr Peter Kritas, the CEO and founder of MailPost Australia Limited from July 2006 till March 2009, was asked to step aside and allow new management to take over the Leadership of MailPost during a very critical period. During difficult situations, it is not uncommon to lose confidence in the Leadership and change management to try and fix the situation. This sort of behaviour should always be exercised with caution as it can do more harm than good. There are clearly some business situations that are beyond any Leaders ability to rectify and wasting time and resource in a change of management is not the best option. In many cases Leaders need more support during a crisis from their management Team to maintain confidence.
