Mannequin 2: This inept continuation to Mannequin makes you imagine the primordial was not as poor by comparison. Once more, a window chest of drawers Ragsdale in a variety store frees the soul .of a gothic peasant Swansan who has been imprisoned inside a mannequin’s farm for relatively logically 1,000 years. Cast includes Kristy Swansan, William Ragsdale, Meshach Taylor, Terry Kiser, Stuart Pankin, and Cynthia Harris. (95 minutes, 1991)
Searching For Bobby Fisher: Gripping, surefooted tirade, based on a real tale: A dad finds that his seven-year-old child has a prodigy for chess, and enters him in opposition, trailing scene of what this does to the boy’s conscience-and his pristine pleasure of the game. Poignant, heart-rending at times particularly for some parents and extremely well finished. The screenplay is by first-time director Zaillian, from the novel by Red Waitzkin, who’s the genuine-life chess whiz’s dad. Cast includes Joe Mantegna, Max Pomeranc, Joan Allen, Ben Kingsley, Laurence Fishburne, Tony Shalhoub, and Austin Pendleton. (110 minutes, 1993)
The Abyss: A nuclear sub has gone down. The government seeks assistance, from nearby oil workers, in their investigation. When they go down to investigate, they make a shocking discovery. There are mysterious things in the depths of the oceans.

The Geisha Boy: Jerry, an inept warlock, voyages to Japan with catastrophic repercussions. Imaginative graphic gags; there’s a cute pattern characterizing the Los Angeles Dodgers and, specifically, Gil Hodges. Cast includes Jerry Lewis, Marie McDonald, Sessue Hayakawa, Nobu McCarthy, Suzanne Pleshette, Barton MacLane, and Robert Hirano. (98 minutes, 1958)
Eyewitness: Smooth however unsatisfying thriller in regards to a creating janitor who uses his second-hand experience of an unsolved slaughter to get close to a girl Television news journalist with whom he’s been infatuated. Steve Tesich’s script is needlessly cluttered with little characters and tale twirls. Cast includes William Hurt, Sigourney Weaver, Christopher Plummer, James Woods, Irene Worth, Steven Hill, and Morgan Freeman. (102 minutes, 1970)
The Accused: Young Sarah Tobias is gang raped by three boys at The Mill, a local bar. Everyone in the bar sees the event, but instead of stopping it they cheer the boys on. We then follow the investigation of the events, and Sarah’s attempt to deal with how she is treated for being raped.
The Horse Whisperer: After her daughter is seriously injured in a horse riding accident, her wealthy mother takes the horse to a legendary horse whisperer in Montana. A romance between the two follows.
Road Trip: Josh and girlfriend are in college, but 1800 miles apart. When Josh is videotaped having sex with another girl things are still safe. When that tape is accidentally mailed to his girlfriend in Austin, it’s time for a road trip. He and his college buddies go 1800 miles so that Josh can try to save his lifelong relationship.
